Every rotary table we refurbish is completely disassembled and thoroughly inspected or tested to OEM tolerances. We submit a detailed quote covering labor and recommended replacement parts for approval before we continue.

Our standard disassembly procedures include:

• Removing and inspecting the master bushing, checking critical tolerances with
• Micrometers to OEM standards
• Removing the turntable from the frame
• Removing the main bearing from the turntable
• Disassembling the pinion capsule
• Removing the bearings (inboard and outboard) from the pinion shaft
• Removing and inspecting the rotary table locks and slide
