Tri-Point Energy Services is an authorized service and repair center for Gardner-Denver pumps.

Every mud pump we refurbish is completely disassembled and thoroughly inspected to OEM tolerances (including pressure-washing and sandblasting to bare metal on certain components). We submit a detailed quote covering labor and recommended replacement parts for customer approval before we continue.

All replacement bearings installed are American-made components that meet OEM specifications (unless the customer specifies otherwise, which may affect the standard Tri-Point warranty). This includes:

Main bearings
Pinion bearings
Connecting rod bearings
Crosshead pin bearings

We also install new shims, gaskets, oil seals, rod wipers and cap screws. We remove the chain drive, check for leaks and repair as needed. All sprockets are inspected for unusual wear, then measured, pitch-gauged and subjected to magnetic particle inspection (MPI). All hubs are removed and inspected as well. We replace any sprocket or hub that does not meet OEM specifications, and we install new seals and chains.

We use MPI to detect cracks in the crankshaft, pinion shaft, crossheads, crosshead pins and connecting rods, with emphasis on all bearing journals and stress points. We replace any component that deviates from OEM specs.All gears are visually inspected, measured and undergo MPI. We replace any gear that does not meet OEM specifications.
